An Erbert & Gerbert's Sandwich Shop is being added to our Coborn's store in Big Lake, Minnesota and we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate food service professional to lead our new sandwich shop! This is a full-time leadership position, reporting in to our Store Director.

The Sandwich Shop Manager operates, directs, and supervises the Store. Duties include managing department expense, control shrinkage and pilferage losses. Prepares products for sale and consumption. Ensures favorable image with customers through a clean, attractive, friendly and well-stocked store. Unloads and transports merchandise to appropriate area. Controls freshness by coding and rotating all products. Responsible for directing staff to include: directing workload, counseling, training, performance evaluations, and supervision.

The Sandwich Shop Manager position requires an Associate's Degree, or two to four years of experience in a managerial role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient with all business operation skills including food preparation, sanitation and product knowledge. This position requires the need to provide exceptional customer service by treating all customers and co-workers with dignity and respect. Must be self-motivated, energetic and customer service oriented.
