Assisting with day-to-day maintenance of facilities, periodic repair work, set-ups. And break-downs for events, basic grounds maintenance and assisting with
\*Plumb residential service and remodel. \*Repair pipes and water lines and fixtures. \* Install water heaters, water softeners, kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
Conducting guided tours of both houses. Docents report directly to the Director of Educational Programming and provide hour-long, guided tours of the houses.
Inspect engines and compressors and auxiliary equipment. Check water and oil levels and temperatures, engine and oil pressures, change charts, blow drips, etc.
Full time 40 hours per week. Schedule: base 30 hours, M-F 10:00am 4:00pm + 10 hours on call for staff scheduling etc. Track client recertification due dates.
