Job Description

Essential job duties of the Plumber:

*Plumb residential service and remodel

*Repair pipes and water lines and fixtures

* Install water heaters, water softeners, kitchen and bathroom fixtures

*Ability to communicate with homeowners, co-workers, inspectors, etc.

*Problem analyses - ability to inspect plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts

Minimum requirements of the Plumber/Service Technician:

*Minimum 1 years plumbing experience

*Valid Class D Driver's License
* Mechanical ability and excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
* After hours/on-call service availability
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.
* Well groomed, neat appearance
* Observe all company procedures and safety rules
* Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required
* Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
