Whether you are coming alone, with family, or with friend, at Villa Otilija B&B you will be able to find apartment for rent that would suit your needs. Our apartments: Mediteraneo, Adriatico, Flamingo Suite, and Azure Room are at your service throughout the year. All the accommodations are fully equipped, have a private entrance (with the exception of our Flamingo Room), and access to the garden, the stone barbecue, and playground for your youngest. The house has seven parking spots and each apartment has one designated parking spot. On request, it is possible to arrange an extra parking spot.
- Mediteraneo Apartment
- Mediteraneo is a two bedroom apartment located on the west side of the villa, at the back of the house, far away from the street and noise. The apartment is slightly dug in below ground level which allows pleasent temperature even during the hottest summer days without air-conditioning. Each room is equipped with a queen bed. On request, additional bed can be provided. The apartment has been recently renovated. Mediteraneo has a private bathroom, a laundry machine, a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor and outdoor kitchen table, a satellite TV and radio, and a parking spot. Mediteraneo is a perfect solution for a family or two couples seeking peace and relaxation.

- Adriatico Apartment
- Adriatico is our new two bedroom apartment. It has been added to our private accommodation offer in 2008 and this is the first season that the apartment will be in use. The apartment is located in the north end of the house. Each room in Adriatico apartment is equipped with a queen size bed with the option of adding an additional bed. Adriatico has a private bathroom, a laundry machine, a fully equipped kitchen with eat in kitchen, celling fan, a satellite TV and radio, a dedicated parking spot, and a private patio. We found that Adriatico is a favourite choice for family or two couples.

- Flamingo Apartment
- Flamingo Apartment is our bachelor apartment. The apartment is located in the east end of the house, in a secluded and private area. The apartment is equipped with a queen bed and an additional bed can be added at guest's request. The Flamingo apartment has a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with eat in kitchen, a satellite TV and radio, and a dedicated parking spot. The Flamingo apartment is a perfect solution for couple or a small family.

- Azure Room
- Azure room is located on the second floor of the house. It does not have a private entrance, however, it is in a secluded area. Azure room has one queen bed and one twin bed, an in-suite bathroom, a dining table, and a fridge. As all other rooms, this room also has celling fan, a satellite TV and radio, a dedicated parking spot. Azure room has a beautiful view of the garden and is an excellent choice for a couple, or a couple with a small child.
