Primary Duties, Responsibilities, and Tasks:
- Interacts with business users and technical staff to translate business user requirements into technical documentation such as use cases, functional designs, data models, and other system documentation as required.
- Collaborates with other Team Members to design, develop, conduct code reviews; and maintain, and support custom solutions.
- Documents, creates, and deploys methods to monitor applications for expected performance and respond to errors and emergencies in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Adheres to Information Technology (IT) policies and procedures that establish required separation of duties for operational controls.
- Follows all IT policies and procedures to comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and policies, including, but not limited to, Minimum Internal Control Standards, Tribal Compact, State Law, and Federal Law.
- May direct and coordinate work of others to develop, test, install, and modify programs.
- Keeps abreast of the latest trends and technological developments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience and certifications.
- Seven years developing and delivering custom web solutions.
- Experience working with .Net Framework and .Net Core.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder & Contact Builder.
- Experience with design and development of REST APIs & Web Services with SOAP.
- Experience with Security frameworks (e.g., JWT, OATH2).
- Proficient in SQL and Stored Procedures such as in T-SQL, Oracle, MySQL.
- Strong Knowledge of C#, SQL, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and PowerShell.
- Understanding of relational database theory.
- Strong Knowledge of Web Technologies (DHTML, AJAX, etc.),
- Knowledge of Jira, Git/SVN, Azure DevOps etc.
- Experience with Scrum and other Agile processes.
- Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
- Native American hiring preference applies.

- While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is occasionally exposed to tobacco smoke, moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.
- The Team Member is usually subject to inside environmental conditions, which provide protection from weather conditions, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
- The Team Member is occasionally subject to outside environmental conditions and to wet and/or humid conditions.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
