Summary/Objective:

AirCo Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing is looking for an Outbound Call Center Rep who is energetic, positive and motivated person who has an extensive sales background and looking for a long-term career where you can reach your ambitious financial goals. This will be a consultative salesperson who can quickly connect with customers, understand their needs, and deliver results that will best suit our customer base. With a growing inside sales department, this person will work independently and follow daily effort metrics with the ability to be flexible with continuous departmental updates. This position will be in office.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full time position. General business hours are Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p with some evenings and weekends.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• At least 2 years of outbounding experience
• Uncompromising integrity and passion for customer experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent

Essential Duties

• Make a certain number of outbound calls daily
• Leads will be from our membership database
• Book appointments with customers in our database
• Exceed weekly appointment goals and quota
• Other duties as assigned by management
