The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creative solutions in telling a clear brand story across web, digital and print for multiple brands. It is a full-time, in-office position in Centerville, Utah. This person will be part of the marketing team and report to the VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Applies solid graphic design, layout and typography principles for effective messaging.
• Passion for establishing the look and feel for corporate brands and websites.
• Collaborates with managers, designers, developers and other team members to ensure solutions are meeting business objectives.
• Creates, develops and executes quality story-telling design solutions for websites, social media, google ads, emails, trade show booths, apparel and printed collateral.
• Oversees UI/UX for web designs, and partners with front-end developer and digital marketer to create designs that adapt with responsive design systems and funnel visitors for lead conversion.
• Advocates for the target audience, creating experiences that they will love.
• Photography, After Effects, copywriting and project management is a plus.
• Ability to lead creative huddles with team members and bring fresh ideas and examples for consideration.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 7 years of graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and typography principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible and willing to adapt to changing design needs and priorities.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Web design: 7 years (Preferred)
• Cohesive Brand Design: 3 years (Preferred)
