You are a seasoned Product Manager who leads by doing and has a passion for solving your customer’s problems. You are a self-starter and can own and lead projects by yourself without too much guidance. You thrive in an early startup environment, can navigate the ambiguity and don’t mind being scrappy to get things done.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role, you will be one of the founding team members, reporting to the Co-founder/CEO. You will partner with the founding team to articulate our product vision, develop the roadmap and lead our product organization. The Founding Product Manager is instrumental in realizing our product vision and roadmap and laying the foundation for the product team as the company grows. The right candidate will be comfortable working on all facets of product management for the initial stage of the company and will aspire to grow into a leader in the product organization as the company scales. You will

• Partner with the CEO to articulate the product vision

• Create a roadmap that maps with the vision to build an effective product that customers love

• Work closely with early customers to understand their needs, turn them into product feature prioritizations and details specs, and iterate

• Lead day-to-day product responsibilities including the creation of epics, PRD, user stories and specs

• Partner with design, engineering, and GTM teams effectively to ensure successful delivery of the product

• Create and manage the KPIs of the product

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML product management with a proven track record

• Experience with leading a team to build a product from ideation to successful launch to scaling within a startup or a large tech

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage successfully with customers and other team members.

• At least a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong experience with product 0 to 1 or startup experience is a PLUS

• Previous experience with workflow automation or pure-play AI products is a PLUS
