Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented entry-level engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the manufacturing process, including inventory control, organization planning, and cleaning. The candidate will also be expected to work with shift leads/machine operators as well as our management team to understand the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

• Use of a forklift and a valid driver's license is required.
• Work with shift leads/machine operators and management team to understand the manufacturing process.
• Daily production activities, including inventory control, organization planning, and cleaning.
• Design and execute product pack-out plans.
• Participate in robotics/process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to special projects and new product introduction efforts.
• Help in the preparation and development of assembly lines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using a forklift and a valid driver's license.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly lines.
• Familiarity with robotics and process improvement concepts.

Salary: The salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
