Title: Sales, Design & Production Coordinator

Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: The Sales, Design & Production Coordinator is responsible for assisting the sales design team in coordinating and facilitating production processes to ensure the successful completion of projects. This role involves working closely with sales, design, and production teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.


Key Responsibilities:

    *Coordinate with sales team to understand client needs and requirements *Work with design team to create project proposals and concepts *Collaborate with production team to develop project timelines and budgets *Ensure project timelines are met and production is progressing smoothly *Communicate project updates and progress reports to sales and production teams *Monitor project budgets to ensure they stay within established parameters *Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project materials *Attend client meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns or issues *Maintain accurate & organized records of project details and timelines *Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations to promote the company's services *Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

    *Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred, but not required *2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the design, sales, or customer service industry *Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously *Strong communication skills, both verbal and written *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite *Ability to work independently and in a team environment *Attention to detail and strong organizational skills *Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment *Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus *You will be required to have flexibility in your schedule, as weekend and evening events are a regular part of our business. This may include working on holidays as well. We value our clients and strive to provide exceptional service, which may require working outside of standard business hours. Salary: The salary for this position is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
