The Content Administrator facilitates the delivery of online dental education across all Spear product lines and serves as the primary contact to appropriately escalate, resolve, and communicate members’ content inquiries.
Content Coordination (60%)
This role uses a content management system to publish digital content to Spear Online, Spear’s member-based online learning platform. This includes inputting all content elements and setting specific requirements to ensure on-time and accurate setup and staging of content. This role is also responsible for ongoing required content governance, including management, maintenance, monitoring, and reporting functions.
Content Reporting and Tracking (40%)
This role serves as the primary liaison to appropriately escalate, resolve, and communicate content inquiries such as issues, errors, and new feature releases and assess needs promptly within existing internal procedures.
