This Massachusetts restaurant’s name and spirit were inspired by the Lafayette Escadrille – a squadron of the French Air Service formed in April of 1916. The squadron was composed of spirited and daring American fighter pilots who fought gallantly by day and relished fine food and drink at night. The true test of a restaurant is measured by service, quality and most importantly, time and after 45 years, Café Escadrille continues to serve delicious meals, as well as lunch and late night menus at our Burlington, MA location.
