Job Summary and Qualifications

Functions as a member of patient care team.

What you will do in this role:

• Responsible for duties related to the clerical/operational functions of the nursing unit
• Functions as a member of patient care team under the supervision and direction of a licensed nurse in providing competent care to patients, according to their individual needs
• Performs basic patient care directed at the safety, comfort, personal hygiene, and protection of patients

What qualifications you will need:

• Current BCLS certification required
• CNA certification required
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Preferably, a minimum of one-year acute care hospital experience
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Medical terminology and transcription skills
• Filing skills
• Clear, legible penmanship
• Computer knowledgeable
• Nursing assistant competency

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved)
