We are looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish across multiple channels. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and understand the long-term strategic value of comprehensive marketing communication and messaging. The manager should thrive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs as we embrace a period of rapid growth.

This is a remote role and can be worked from anywhere on the West Coast of the United States under the PST time zone.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with a commitment to quality and timely delivery.
  • Manage the creation of informative written content including press releases, website and various social media channels.
  • Direct in-house and external graphic designers, media and production vendors and contractors integral to the completion of marketing projects.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of short-and long-term department goals and planned initiatives to ensure alignment of marketing messaging across all programs and initiatives.
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials.
  • Develop communication and marketing strategies and lead the tactical execution for new products/service lines, launches, events, and promotions.
  • Stay abreast of developments in the renal care space as it relates to payers, healthcare providers and patients and translate learnings into actionable marketing programs and messaging.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking & analysis and optimize accordingly. Extract key insights to inform future campaign development.
  • Manage and execute special events and conferences to foster thoughtful engagement while adhering to budget guidelines.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in marketing, communications and project management
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel ~20%

This role has a salary range of $85,596 to $110,000 and regular, full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid time off (PTO).
