FCX Performance/a division of Applied Industrial is growing and we are hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative at our corporate office in North Canton, OH. In this role, you will establish and expand relationships with current customers and our outside sales team; interacting with your customers in determining their process flow control and instrumentation needs. What you’ll do:

In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and sales team to solve customer needs, and build ongoing business relationships.

• By means of inbound and outbound calls: successfully sell company products and services to customers by processing orders, price and delivery inquiries.
• Provide technical and application information.
• Process and expedite orders, customer returns and returns to vendors.
• Sourcing and getting quotes from vendors, effectively handle correspondences from customers and fielding calls from customers as well as assisting the outside sales team.

Requirements:

• Inside Sales within the industrial marketplace or mechanically inclined preferred.
• Comfortable with prospecting for new business while maintaining existing relationships.
• Self-motivated & aggressive in sales tactics and strategies; desire to close sales!
• Problem solving and reasoning skills.
• Computer proficiency,
