Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and tenacious VoIP Onboarding Manager to join our team. The VoIP Onboarding Manager will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding of new VoIP customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto our Peerlogic Voice platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects, working with cross-functional teams, and a strong understanding of VoIP technology.


Responsibilities:


  • Work with sales and customer success teams to gather all necessary information and requirements from new customers.
  • Develop and manage project plans for each new customer onboarding, ensuring all key milestones are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and customer support, to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process, answering questions and providing regular updates on progress.
  • Identify potential issues and risks during the onboarding process, and work proactively to address them before they become problems.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all new customer onboarding projects.
  • Ensure all new customers are fully trained on the platform and have access to all necessary resources to ensure a successful launch.
  • Hybrid office/home position. The corporate office is in Scottsdale, AZ.


Qualifications:


  • Must live in Arizona: Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or computer science.
  • Ideally 1+ year of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.Track record of managing projects from start to finish with consistently positive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
