This Human Resources Assistant role serves as a key trusted member of the Human Resources (HR) team by providing intake services for Aulani Cast Member inquiries, issues and basic administrative support for the HR team. This role operates as a role model for all Disney and Aulani values and is the primary contact to engage with cast and clients to research inquiries, respond and triage cast requests to HR members.
Responsibilities:
Provides timely support to cast members seeking understanding of employee relations (policy questions/interpretation, compliance and incident based issues), benefits, leaves of absences and any cast member inquiry. Research and respond to inquiries from cast members, managers, leave administrative team and physicians pertaining to non-occupational and occupational medical leaves. Provide status of medical notes, work restrictions and temporary disability insurance; explain Federal/State leave laws (FMLA/HFLL), Family Care Leave and Baby bonding policies.
Provides administrative and technical support for cast engagement events and activities, including service award celebrations, cast health and wellness activities, Aulani Diversity, Equity and Inclusion offerings and other cast engagement opportunities.
Access to HR team’s calendar, expense reports, purchasing requisitions/supplies, updating cast communication display boards, facilitation of cast member training and other priority projects and assignments as needed.
Demonstrates professional excellence and strong collaboration and credibility on Human Resources matters. Effectively communicates with all Resort and Human Resources partners to deliver exceptional service to cast members and clients.

We are looking for an HHA/PCA or Caregiver that can work PT/FT hours, weekdays and/or weekends. BASE PAY $17/HOUR WITH PAY UP TO $20/HOUR DEPENDING ON SKILL
Ensures sales floor and all store standards are met at all time. Motivated to drive their business day to day and achieve daily, weekly, monthly sales goals.
SLP must be currently licensed or pursuing license in the state of Colorado. Strong compensation and benefits package.
