Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner. We are looking for dedicated team members who can arrive every morning and maintin the premises from 7am-12noon. There will be the opportunity for additional hours/ projects based on performance/ business needs.

Must be able to provide proof of insurance and post operator's license at the health campus. Experience working with Long Term Care residents preferred.
Driving and delivery of pre-ordered products to assigned accounts and rotating and stocking products at assigned locations. High School diploma or equivalent.
Term: Full-time, occasional evening and weekends required. Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000 per year commensurate with experience.
The job task will include but not limited to performing maintenance and repairs to general to complex plumbing components. CFC certification is a plus.
