Client Loyalty Manager for Wealth Management Firm

St. Petersburg, FL

We are looking for an experienced, polished professional with savvy relationship building skills who is up for the challenge of overseeing and managing the ultimate client experience for our existing and prospective clients. We are a successful, well-respected Financial Services Wealth Management team, continually adding team members which allows us to provide the highest level of service to our HNW remarkable clientele of business owners and executives. Our ideal candidate is seasoned and comfortable engaging with wealthy clientele, providing them our white glove client experience.

NOTE: This can be a hybrid/remote position for candidates who meet experience and licensing. Applying candidates must be available to be in office, in St. Petersburg location, for regular team meetings.

Compensation and Benefits

¨ Base Salary: $85,000-95,000, commensurate with experience

Qualifications for our Client Loyalty Manager

¨ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field

¨ 5 years of business development, management or similar role experience, preferably in financial services

¨ Series 7, 63 and Health and Life Insurance Licensed (required)

¨ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on customer/client data

¨ Excellent communication, interpersonal and keen listening skills

¨ Management experience in coordinating/collaborating with other team members and project management

¨ Proficient in technology and compliant in working with Home Office for shared use of marketing materials

¨ Must be able to self-manage projects, prioritize, demonstrate initiative, and good judgement

¨ Solid time management and organizational skills in fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy

¨ Achievement in working independently and collaboratively within a team structure

¨ Display a high level of professionalism & polished demeanor; strong social skills with a genuine interest in others

¨ Demonstrate ambition, self-confidence, and innovative thinking skills while being respectfully assertive

¨ Exemplify trustworthiness and be able to hold all client information confidentially

Client Loyalty Manager will contribute to our team in the following ways:

Develop, implement & maintain strategies to retain and grow the firms’ client base; evaluating budgets & overall success of efforts

¨ New business development; understand referral networks & identify opportunities for acquiring new clientele

¨ Prospecting with top clientele; in-person and through digital tools

¨ Monitor, track all metrics and report on the success of loyalty programs & initiatives and make recommendations for future improvement

¨ Develop and implement client loyalty programs that drive retention and increase revenue

¨ Ensure each client or prospective has a true ‘white-glove’ experience through your one-on-one concierge services

¨ Prepare an executive follow up summary for all new business, noting organic opportunities for cross-sales

¨ Simplify next steps and processes for our highly professional, fast-moving, very busy clientele

¨ Plan, prepare and ensure the smooth running of all firm events and evaluate their effectiveness

¨ Help develop and execute on the firm’s framing and key messaging to current and prospective clients

¨ Maintain high compliance and ethical standards within all client loyalty materials and activities

¨ Manage and prioritize the firm’s client engagement activities based on segmentation

¨ Maintain a strong and effective web presence: manage the content & updates of websites and social media
