Today, we’re rapidly expanding 50 locations across Texas, and we’re hiring cleaning attendants to join the journey and grow into future Managing Partners.

Here’s what we need:
- We’re looking for a person with passion for squeaky clean facility and care about delivering a warm, kind, and hospitable environment for team members and members alike.
Here’s what your responsible for:
- A cleaning attendant is responsible for maintaining club cleanliness and management of daily cleaning and deep cleaning checklists.
What you’ll be doing:
- Greet all members and guests with a smile and occasional high-five
- Perform cleaning activities in accordance with the cleaning playbook and checklists
- Operate with a sense of urgency to ensure cleaning requirements are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide knowledge of the Crunch brand and offerings to members and guests when needed

Your skills, education, and experience:
- Cleaning experience in a service-oriented environment is desirable
- CPR/AED certified or can complete within 30 days from hire
Physical Demands:
- This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours.

- Hourly rate $10 - $12/hour
- Part-time and full-time options with schedule flexibility (morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts available)
