Ruhnau Clarke Architects is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to join our team. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you are expected to engage in all phases of project development from Pre-Design through Construction Administration.

The ideal candidate balances multiple projects successfully from concept to launch while working closely with the Architectural staff and other creative personnel.

GENERAL:

· Excellent organization skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Able to multi-task and prioritize concurrent projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school
  • Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience
  • Proficient with Sketchup, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Lumion is preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of Title 24
  • Experience with Design Detailing and documentation

TECHNICAL:

  • Providing general support in all phases of planning, design, and construction
  • Assistance in preparation of planning and design presentation graphics
  • 3-D modeling for presentations, promotional material, and design studies
  • An integral role in the preparation of construction drawings
  • Materials and fabrication research
  • Maintenance of accurate, current, and well-organized project files
  • Regular communication with clients about project updates and schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
